Matt was born and raised in Seaford, graduating in the Seaford Senior High School class of 1994.

He earned an Associate’s Degree in Business Management from Delaware Technical and Community College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Wilmington University.

Matt has 26 years experience in the service industry, currently with 17 years in law enforcement. Matt has also served almost 20 years with the Blades Volunteer Fire Company.

Matt obtained his real estate license in May of 2018. He plans to service all of Sussex county, however, to specialize in the Western Sussex real estate market. Matt lives in Seaford with his wife and children.
