Walt Bryan, GRI, retired from the Air Force (20 yrs.) 1974. He is widowed with three daughters and seven grandchilden. He is a native Lewes – “A Beebe Baby”! He lives in the Angola area.

Obtained a Delaware Real Estate license in 1977 and completed the Graduate Realtors Institute a couple years later. Went on to practice in Virginia and West Virginia.

Walt has always specialized in all aspectsCommercial & Land – Construction, subdivision development, management and sales.

His specialty for the last several years is Governmental Affairs Consulting dealing with all levels of governments, relating to Commercial Real Estate Development and the permitting processes.
