Jason, a lifetime resident of Dewey Beach gained his real estate license in 2010. He specializes in listing properties for sale and lease in southern Delaware. His local knowledge and experience with our rental team- Dewey Vacation Rentals serves him well for matching clients with the right property and to provide insight into what is happening in the southern Delaware beach market. Along with his role as a REALTOR® Jason owns a very successful Dewey Beach business and globally recognized skimboaring program by the name of Alley-Oop. Jason has built Alley-Oop around his expertise as a professional skimboarder and offers skimboarding instruction and events in Delaware and other skimboarding destinations around the world.
With a degree in Marketing from California State Long Beach and many years of experience running his own business Jason enjoys applying what he has learned to the Real Estate industry.
